The Bear River Watershed Information system is being developed and
maintained at the Utah Water Research Laboratory at Utah State University. For

Water Quality Modeling
A dynamic water quality model is being developed to support the
water quality trading program by scientists at the Utah Water Research
Laboratory at Utah State University. For more information about the water

Water Quality Trading Program Development
The water quality trading program is being investigated in the
Department of Economics at Utah State University in cooperation with the
Divisions of Water Quality from Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. For more information

Education and Outreach
The education and outreach components of the Targeted Watersheds
Grant are being developed in the College of Natural Resources at Utah State

Bear River Commission
Project Management
Project oversight and management are being provided by the Bear

A steering committee has been formed to oversee the format and
content of the Bear River Watershed Information System and to participate in
the development of the water quality trading program. The steering committee is
